Terms & AgreementPropello Delivery Service agrees to transport the property/goods described hereon, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the proper authority of the province in which this shipment originates and the rules and regulations published in the carrier’s tariff in effect on the date hereof to which the shipper assents and as evidence thereof accepts this receipt. Propello’s liability for any loss, damage or injury to a shipment shall not exceed the lesser of $1.00 per pound or $50.00. Propello Delivery Service shall in no event be liable for loss of profit, income, interest, attorneys fees or any special, incidental or consequential damages.
