Propello’s liability for any loss, damage or injury to a shipment shall not exceed the lesser of $1.00 per pound or $50.00. Propello Delivery Service shall in no event be liable for loss of profit, income, interest, attorneys fees or any special, incidental or consequential damages. Good are carried at the risk of the consignor of the goods. No liability for losses or damage will be accepted by the carrier unless written notice of such loss or damage is received within 14 days after the shipment is accepted by the carrier or delivered to the delivery address. POD images are only available for 6 months from date they are taken.
